This morning I had my bestie Cara (author of the INCREDIBLE food/lit blog,
Yummy Books) over for brunch, and I served a spinach and cheese strata with bacon. The best thing about a strata is that you prep the whole thing the night before, then simply wake up and pop it in the oven. Here is a quick pic, with another and a link to the recipe after the jump. PS – Cara gave me the gorgeous baking dish, it really makes the meal, don't you think?
